Shahi Paneer is a Mughlai dish where paneer is cooked in creamy gravy made of onions, yogurt, nuts and seeds. This is a great vegetarian substitute for Butter Chicken. The term “Shahi” in reference to the royal title of Shahen shah in Mughal India.
