Description
In Prawn Bhuna, the name “bhuna” refers to a method of cooking spices “dry” (i.e., simply in oil) with no additional moisture. Essentially, it boils down to frying prawns with very little water. Tinned tomatoes (chopped) are widely used as the base for “sauces” in a variety of meals. There is no sauce in a bhuna, but the finished meal can be topped with finely chopped tomatoes to provide moisture
